about me

It's a big decision to trust someone with your story. I get that, and I want you to know I take that trust seriously. Let me share a bit about myself and how I strive to support my clients so you can see if I'd be a good fit for you.

my approach

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples and families in both San Antonio and Houston, TX. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your relationship or focus on your

personal growth, I’m passionate, knowledgeable, and ready to help you take the next steps toward healing and change.

One of the most rewarding parts of this work is seeing people tap into their strengths and resources to accomplish their goals. No matter how difficult life may feel, I believe we all have inner strengths that can guide us toward healing and growth. My role is to walk alongside you as we uncover and build upon those strengths together.

In my approach, I use evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs, and I enjoy incorporating elements of spirituality and creativity when they resonate with you. Personally, I find peace and renewal in nature, whether I’m walking outdoors, caring for my houseplants, or spending time with my cat, Thelma.

If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing and transformation, I’d love to help you discover what inspires and sustains you on your journey. Let’s work together to create the changes you’re seeking.
